CHARGER BATTERY UNIVERSAL

The Charger Battery Universal is designed developed and manufactured by HBL Power Sysetms Limited. to meet the stringent Defence specifications, is capable of working with an ac input of 230V ±10% either from ac mains or 15 36 V DC, conforming to DEFENCE Specification No. TCA/LRDE/TS/2383B. The salient features of our chargers are :
a) The SMPS technology which eliminates the use of bulky transformer thereby reducing losses and
increasing the efficiency.
b) Natural cooling facilitates to work in humid and dusty environments.
c) Light weight hence easy to carry.
d) The built in protections like Over Voltage, Under Voltage, Output Over Voltage, ShortCircuits and Reverse polarity make it practically hassle free Maintenance.

The “Charger Battery 2kW” commercial is a rugged and compact with PWM MOSFET based High Frequency technology. It is Designed and Manufactured by M/s HBL POWER SYSTEMS LTD. It operates either from AC mains with an input of 230v,+15%,-20%,single phase,50Hz or from any Generator set of adequate capacity. The charger gives six individual DC output for charging six batteries at a time. The output of A,B,C&D modules is rated at 6.0- 28.5v/17.5amps, “E” module output is rated at 2.0 - 28.5v/2amps, “F” module is rated at 2.0- 28.5v/ 1amp. This is as per HBL spec. No: HBL/PE/2KW/2009 and complying to the Governing spec. No: CQAL/635C. The charger is equipped with control knobs for adjusting DC output for each module by which we can charge any type of batteries.

The Charger Battery 2kW is equipped with protection devices:
(a) Reverse Battery protection.
(b) Over load Cut Off protection.
(c) AC mains High/Low trip Off.

MTBF : The set shall possess high MTBF and shall need minimum maintenance

Configuration

The 2kW charger is provided with 6 independent channels (modules) to charge various types of batteries at different ratings. Out of six, 4 channels naming A,B,C,D as a provision to charge with constant potential and two channels naming E&F as a provision to charge constant current
